Also this is me stood by the wonderwheel. I went on it after but had to go on one of the outside cages as they are stationary and it was the only way my girlfriend would join me. Well, that's my excuse
Can't belive that bloke is in the photo also.
I've got loads of different photos to show of various film scenes over the next few weeks.

Cool. I was there this past Saturday. Neither my wife nor the kids wanted to go up with me, so I rode it myself. Hey, it wasn't the stationary one. The girls decided to go on the Cyclone with their dad. It was fun.

Hey Jamie..watch out...I think that a member of that new gang the Brookyln Sweepers is behind you!!! "I'm gonna shove that broom up your ass and turn you into a popsicle!"
yo boppers,
last year (Aug 2nd) me and my wife went on the classic Wonder Wheel. since neither one of us are thrilled about any amusment rides. But i had to go on the Wonder Wheel, since it is the opening shot to my favorite film. anf its a true icon for Coney Island.
as it turned out we went on one of the rolling cages..if i knew i may have went on one of the stationary cages. the first time the cage rolled to the front of the wheel (looking out over Coney and the Ocean) i was scared sh#*less..so was my wife..dont like to not be in control i guess.
but after the third ofr fourth roll out..it wasnt too bad.
so its pretty cool to me now, when i see the opening shot of The Warriors..i can say been there and done that...and now id hate to see the Coney landmark go.
if your a fan of The Warriors, you have to get on the Wonder Wheel before it goes. now im glad i went on it, twenty years from now id be kicking myself in the ass if i didnt 8)
