On imbd is reckons that during the filming of Predator a bodyguard was hired. Not for his protection but, to protect the other stars from him! Also he was a 70's porn star!!

I think it was the insurance company that hired the bodyguard for the set--I am thinking he is a stuntman too, and possibly tends to be 'overtestosteroned" sometimes.
I mean for actors---Predator had some pretty hard core fitness and body builder types---and I know Jesse was known to get funky sometimes--so I think Sonny probably fit right in--only the production crew didn't want any displays of "macho" type crap--cause if any of them were ever injured due to squirreling around--it could cost BIG bucks!!!!

Are you talking about the two bald guys standing alone at the conclave, one of them with the heart tattoo on the shoulder? Those guys are Turnbulls. They're identified as such in the theatrical trailer. Also, there is at least one Turnbull wearing overalls. If you watch the scene as the first three turnbulls hop the turnstile as they chase the warriors, look at the one at the far left. He's wearing overalls. He may even be the same actor from the conclave.
