Coolest person? Well, probably Swan. Swan kept his cool the whole movie. Cleon on the other hand, Cleon was cool too. It seemed he had a way that he could easily gain respect of his members. Even Ajax respected him, and he could have led The Warriors home if he hadn't gotten wasted. I liked the way he dealed with everything, from the deleted scene and the game. He was the perfect description of a Warlord.
