Looking good man.  Hugs the body better and is a definite improvement.  With a little weathering, will make for a cool interpretation. 

Couple of constructive things I'd like to add is possibly lowering the top rocker a little, by at least an inch (right at the seam line, helping cover it), will prevent the top rocker from looking too big, as someone pointed out and will be closer to the film version, in that the top rocker isn't almost all the way at the top of the vest.  Other then that, I like it and look forward to working my mojo on a copy.

Hey Tim was wondering:

What is the size of the vest shown?

Are you going to lower the top patch a little say touching the top seam or just covering it?

And what is the more accurate in real life color? The side shot or the pocket shot which is much lighter or the darker back shot where the right corner of the top patch is shown.

Hello-
If possible, I'll see if I can get the mfr to lower the patch a bit, but it might be too late, as production has already started.  I took these photos in different lighting conditions, but I'd say the shoulder shot is the best, as I didn't use a flash or daylight, just overhead indoor light.  As you can tell from watching the movie, these vests change color depending on daylight, wetness, etc.  (after the gang gets rained on, they're almost black!)

It's a Medium, so if you need an XL (as I remember you saying) than the patches would look just fine!

Tim, is it possible you could just take a candid, non-fancy (non studio looking...) shot of an XL vest with something is scale for reference...?

Yeah, we'll have them in hand in a month or so, and I'll be able to post more pics then.  We only have the Medium production sample vest right now.  The XL  is going to look even better than the last vests, as the patches are so much bigger- therefore, they won't look tiny on the XL...like some other, un-named patches.
