Mad at The Riffs?

Post by Cowboy Is Cool »

Does anyone here think that some gangs were pissed at the Riffs? I know I would be, 'cause they organized a huge meeting, and then the cops showed up and got alot of people either busted or wrecked.

More specifically, does anyone think that any of The Warriors were mad? For some reason, I could picture Ajax as really angry.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I agree. However, some gangs(even though they are seen cheering) I just cannot see as supporting Cyrus, like The AC's. They are all anarchists. To them, it's probably bad enough that they are in an organized gang, let alone a huge gang working in harmony...

yea I figure some gangs were low on the totem pole so they were like ah crap we better go with what the man says or we're toast. kinda like what the orphans would do if they happened to be there

That's a bad idea man. Cleon lost his life because of LUTHER. The Riffs were doing what they thought was the right thing at the time of the shooting... which was taking out Cyrus's assassin.

Sure, there would have been some Warriors that were p!ssed at the Riffs, but soldiering down to their turf and starting a rumble would have been something Cleon would have frowned upon. A bit like this >  :doubt:, probably.

After what both of these gangs had been through that evening due to the actions of one person, I think there would be a form of mutual respect between them. I think the Riffs would have had the Warriors backs if ever they needed it.

And $now4Ever, even if the Warriors DID fight the Riffs, I don't think the outcome would have been in the Warriors favour  :(. Sorry fella!

if you want to be mad at someone be mad at luther he was the one who shot cyrus and then blamed the warriors, so no the riffs arent the ones to be angry at.

I have to say the same thing. If it wasn't for Luther, everything would of been fine.

Luther just blamed the first gang he could see that were just standing there to either see who did it or couldnt get out.
And the ones who were there at the worst time were the warriors.

If I was a Warrior I would've been mad, after all The Warriors went through to get home...but then again, they would've had to understand The Riffs didn't know it wasn't them,

Well you have to realize, that being in a gang, is like representing your country in a time of war.  War is senseless and stupid.  Theres now countries who are at peace with one another because they realized that their bitter rivalries have bin for nothing.  Its like the treaties between Egypt and Israel. They realize that their fighting has been for nothing.  So instead of complaining about it, they look towards now and what a better future they will create for the people.  So basically, instead of getting mad at the Riffs you move on and see where I can go from here.  Unfortunately thats the name of the game.
