Yeah, I was watching Seinfeld and it was only 'til after I downloaded the pics that I realized that I should've played my Warriors movie and paused it at the point "The Warriors" comes up.  Oh well.

That's really impressive, CSG! You are very lucky for several reasons:

1. You actually got to go to the Warriors Netflix show! I couldn't go ...
2. You had a funny conversation with some Warriors!
3. You actually have Warriors figures and one hell of a cool poster on your wall now. I... have none.

Swoooooooon is right!!!!  All I kept wishing for was for Michael Beck to re-enact the whole Swan and Mercy scene walking in the subway tracks with me!   

I've never heard of actors charging for autographs, 'course I don't go crazy like I do for the Warriors but I guess they're just regular folks like you and me.  I mean, Cleon now works for the New York MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority)!

The day of the showing of The Warriors at Coney Island on August 4th, I printed this picture out at work and took it with me to Coney Island and had the cast sign it (I had to pay for them to do that  )  I then had it matted, mounted in plexiglass and then framed.  That was on August 5th.  I finally got the call that it was ready and I couldn't be happier:



And now at it's final "hanging" place in my living room.  Oh yeah, I found the Blue Face Fury to complete my Series 1 collection but I don't know if I want to pay $250 for it.

This was the morning,going to the Big Screening..I was already amped..
and as you can see,They are preparing to put up everything.

Since NetFlix was sponcering this event,
we had a special guest apperance by Lisa Loeb.

And now after 20 years,I see The Warriors in The Flesh,I spazzed out man!!!




I jumped the gate and ran over there,and there was security chasing me..
Nothing was going to stop me,it was destiny,and nothing was going to stop me

As this was going on,security and those stupid Netflix
people were trying to take my camera,Yo Mike"SHM" you would have been proud.
I fought those people off my camera " I was like  "GET OFF ME" 
Shoving one of those NetFlix people off me. I was not going to be denied Today

And it was in that moment,when I saw something magical happen,and Thank God I caught it.
The Moment David Harris and Brian Tyler embrace for the first time in 20 years,
you cannot see it,But they were both crying..Dave said,that..20 years?wow



Those autographs that they were signing,was stuff that the Netflix people had,but when I tried to do the same,the Netflix people told me ,They are not signing nothing until later on,I should not have listen to them. But if anything,I was shooting pictures,cause film is forever..But these people kept trying to stop me?

And than they had a huge Photo-op for the press that they "TRIED" to stop me from going..
But they failed on two things??

At this moment I yell To Dorsey Wright,That I am here representing this website,and his face lit up
Terry thought I was funny, and he was surprised that there was a Warriors Website on the net.
and He was laughing at this point.. I made an impression on him..I'm determined..

From that moment on,It was Gravy,He told security that I was cool..and If you are reading this Dorsey

As the night progressed The screening began,and I got the honor of Pulling the curtain down to commence with the movie..But First..The Old School Trailers.It felt so nostalgic

And Now The Movie Begins,what a feeling to see it in a crowded park,Great people
Great Weather near Coney Island.  it could not get any better,and the surround sound blasting and echoing around the near buildings It was orgasmic man.. :p :p

Everyone reciting the movie word for word,it was incredible,and some dude,was passing out free beers.
After the screening the entire crowd rush the main stage to get a look at THE WARRIORS,but It was so dark,not even flash Photography could help..and they did not even light the stage up..as you can see from these pictures








Right now they are introducing themselves to the crowd,mind you I'm shooting in Flash..

Here is Dorsey saying hello,to the fans here.. He trying to wave in the picture..

Tom Waites showed up late to the screening cause I did not see him in the back..

But anyway,Now come time to get autographs,and at first,we thought it was going to be free,and there was a line long,mind you now the NYPD is here,and The park closes at Midnight,and the time was 11:30PM,and how in the world can you get anything signed let alone get some pictures,anyone there will tell you that the NYPD was giving everyone a hard time..not to mention the Netflix people,who were already,getting stubborn and angry..But at the same time they are hawking their Netflix Warriors Posters
and telling people that they are only signing this,and no memorablia,Now by than half the line left,and the cops pushing the people around,Yelling "No Photos"


Did you think I listen to those Cops?? Hell No,
Here I am jumping on the table to get a picture with Michael Beck

And as I got pushed away,I tryed to get a picture behind me of the Cop who was pushing me out of the way,But I was unsuccessful as you can see..

At this point Tom Waites left..which sucked,he did not even stick around for autographs
And I don't even remember what they were charging..
OOOHHH..OOOOHH..in the middle of my crazyness with the cops,I score paydirt..
Terry Michos pulls my Bookbag,and starts to talk to me about this website,and I mention to him,I am just representing the million of fans who could not be here..and he say's hello to all of the fans for their support and at this moment I give him the URL for this website and than he gives me "Drumroll please..."His Business Card"
And here he is trying to say hello to his fans,mind you The Cops are yelling to me "NO PHOTOS"
and at the same time pushing me..

My most favorite moment was meeting Dorsey and Brian.and The Cops at this point annoyed with me

So as I am trying to talk to them,and I ask for a photo for the Website,The Cops try to get Physical with me,and Dorsey,say's "He's Cool" "He's Cool" and Brian,Thank you for telling The Cop to get off me

And than Dorsey said to take another one just in case

After I did this,a girl wanted the same picture,

and mind you the time is running out and I think it was 11:55PM and the Cops wanted to close the park..
So here is that same girl with Roger

But when I attemped to The Cops finally had enough of me.Talk about annoying

Overall It was a wonderful experiance and for all the trouble that i went through in the process,Would I do it again..HELL YEAH,I can't wait for 2009...
Cause I will jump a gate again,for The Warriors
