Its not bad to be honest i'd prefer your other one but thats just my opionon the raining effect is good though

nice sig cubs, just wondering how do you cut out people so well. whenever i ty with lasso it ends up looking like a butcher hacked it up. is there a special way to do it or something

get the polygon lasoo tool and set the feather to 2 0r 3 pixels

or go here and theres loads of cuts here
