WARRIORS filming locations? FOX's Map?

hello fellow boppers,
after attending the screening and the meet and greet of THE WARRIORS last aug.2nd, and before hand looking for various filming locations (CONCLAVE-riverside and 97th & FURIES chase scenes) i crave more!

a few months back our moderator (THE FOX) was going to compile a map orf the various filming locations from THE WARRIORS. just wanted to see if that map is ready to see.
i plan another trip to do additional hunts for locations.

and from SWAN himself MICHAEL BECK..i can confirm that the closing shot (w/WALSH "IN THE CITY") was not CONEY but JONES BEACH!

im looking for the cemetary scene,..."nowher to run to" shots,..shots of MERCY walking when she first met WARRIORS and just before AJAX grabs her and SWAN "ok..what do you got in mind" line,
and would like to find actual locations from CONEY ISLAND. like when CLEON starts with "Its Still on...and were going" opening.
and location on CONEY with LUTHER in car when he did WARRIORS chant , with bottles. and all the shots when the warriors were walking through CONEY being stalked by THE ROGUES.

FOX!! i want your map if you finally put it together! it will be a great guide to my WARRIORS location hunts.
if you could throw in the proper subways to get to these spots..would help big time! (from MANHATTEN!)

ps. out of all the cast members i met last week ROGER HILL (CYRUS) was the best and most approachable of them all...what a great guy!
plus his "CAN YOU DIIIIIIIG IIIIIT!!" after the screening, stole the show!!

after checking further, found the cemetary location;

THE EVERGREENS CEMETARY
1629 Bushwick Ave
Brooklyn, NY

and talked to a person there, told me in fact "THE WARRIORS" was shot there!(she told me  "Oh,...THE WARRIORS"? without me even mentioning it!!)
if your looking like i will be..the scenes were shot in the "HICKORY KNOLL" section of cemetary.
its off CONWAY STREET (cemetary entrance) just to the right as you walk in.

now if someone goes there before me, try to find the spots! let us know..and take photos!!
ill watch the scene tonight, write down the names on tombstones where you can see them (FOX) and try to find the statue rambrant climbs on.

the scene with the orpans & mercy is also in brooklyn.(bensonhurst) .it is arond the 62nd street station and new utrect ave.now the w train ,use to be the b train.also the scene when the warriors come walking arond the corner & blow up the car is in the 60,s around new utrect ave.theres also the scene when ther walking on a little over path thats the 62 nd street staion also.the scene with luther in the car clanging the bottles is on 12 st in coney by the bath house on the boardwalk .and the walking scene when the rouges car is folloqwing them is coming across 12 street in the back alleys facing the cyclone walking towards stillwell ave (nathans).hope this helps if anybody needs a tour of coney or locations in brooklyn when there here let vme know a head of time. wqe could set somthing up.

Jones Beach is out on Long Island, actually.  That's surprising, it didn't look like Jones Beach, but that was way back when.

As far as the furies hideout in the nowhere to run sequence, I thought I had read a recollection from one of the guys who played a Fury who said that it was an actual subway station, like 96th street or something.

The beach scene at the end was not jones beach. It was Fort Tilden beach which is near Rockaway in Queens.

although in always wanted to know for sure, where this was shot. how do you know this was the location for the end sequence. i plan to check it out one of these days JONES BEACH or FORT TILDEN if you know for sure, please post and confirm. have you been there? how the hell do you get to FORT TILDEN?

It's by Riis park if you know where that is. The beach and the grass are still there. I know this from a friend that lives close by to this area and other members from this site.
