1. The Remake - the worst that could happen is that it will suck, and then at least I can go home and watch the original on dvd. 10 bucks isn't gonna put me out of business. :)

2. The Videogame (PS2) - If they can manage to make this as good as the GTA games, but with a Warriors theme, then I'll be verry happy.

3. The Special Edition DVD - Hopefully this will be really special, but I doubt they'll film any new documentaries or interviews for it though.

Don't have much interest in the action figures, but they do look cool[/u]

I voted for the SE DVD. With all that has been mentioned sorrounding the SE, I am looking forward to see what goodies this will feature.

I noticed that most of you voted for the video game. That's interesting.

The videogame..Then the SE DVD...Then the remake...

Post by MESTIZO69 »

The videogame alone has got me tossn n turnin in bed..i cant sleep..i mean the fact we will be able to immerse ourselves in that 1979 NYC world,as any of our fave Warriors or whoever else is just phenomonal..The SE DVD of coarse..How can we not be all so curious to see what unseen footage, outtakes i hope, and interview material will be awaiting our deprived bopper hunger?..

The remake?..Well... We just pray by the grace of god that Tony Scott & friends will do' justice' to an updated version of such a sacred thing right?...In other words, they better not,by all means necessary, friggin screw it up...or they will suffer the wrath of the Worldwide Warriors on their ass...100000000000000 strong!!...

The action figures?..of coarse i'll buy them..but I thought it was pretty heartbraking & idiotic for Mezco to save the Ajax fig for later, instead of including him in the 1st series..I hope for their sake they have some angle or limited edition plan for the Ajax fig..and perhaps thats why you can't get him right off the bat..I dunno?..peace boppers, back 2 Coney, Mez

Well, after FINALLY reading the Game Informer article this weekend (I just love when you subscribe to something and get it 3 weeks after everyone else  ), I have to elevate the video game to the top of my list.

Rockstar seems to be doing thier homework on the Warriors and if everything that was in the article was true, then there are gonna be a lot of happy Warriors fans out there (You and me included :D ).

I only can pray that the people doing the remake would put as much time and effort researching the original to give fans something they will enjoy. We all know that's most likely not gonna happen but who knows? I was wrong about the game.

At this point I would have to say the remake. Whether it's good or not it's something new.

Damn, someone sure does like to hit that New Topic button.
Sorry for all these crappy posts! I am trying to get to Warrior Level!
This post is not crappy at all man, good job! ;) Im triying to revive the warriors 1979 movie thread myself with some freshly  new topics .we need good topics like this to revive the warrior spirit. But what really bothered me was you saying you only post stuff so your rank will go up. Thats not how it works, you dont post beacause you feel obligated so you can only see your rank go up, you post for your enjoyment.
