and what did we all make of ronaldo getting rooney sent off i will be suprised if he plays another game for man utd now after that he even head butted rooney before kick off

I have a question... since when did Ronaldo get Rooney set off... would it be at the point where Rooney clearly stamped on Carvalho's 'no go area' or when Rooney raised his hands to Ronaldo?

Why should Alex Ferguson care what happened in Germany... he should only care what happens at training and what happens at Man Utd... international affairs such as this shouldnt concern them... if one of them would have got the other one injured then that would be a different story...

Anyway in my view Rooney deserved to be sent off

not arguing that rooney deserved to be sent off ,but he wasnt going to be untill ronaldo went and spoke to the ref and unfortunately the ref then had second thoughts and surprise surprise out came the red card ,i am not defending rooney he was stupid and cost us dear but ronaldo ooooh dear
