Rockstar Shouldve added this

When you go walk around Coney you can only venture around a very small space. But as you play the game with Rembrandt at the beginning you walk around more places on The Westside aswell as during the ending. And dont you take over ALL of Coney? Last I checked the Destroyers had huge turfs lol ;) It would be cool to be able to free roam among all of the literally big C.I. :D

It's true they left out alot of things. But most of the time things like this aren't noticed until after the game is already finished. That's why sequels are made. People say GTA is the same thing over and over, but what they fail to notice is that the games, each time add what people complained about last time and even things they never thought of. I doubt there will be a sequel to this game but if there is I'm sure it'll be a great improvement.

Rockstar left out those things because they knew the game wouldn't be that popular. Why spend alot of money making the game great if almost noone plays it.
We're gonna make it back. We came this far and we're gonna make it the rest of the way!

The game wasn't that popular.you'd be surprised how much money it takes to do all those things. And there was no date on which It had to be finished by.but thats just my theorie, they must have either cut a part or two out of the game for some reason or they were on a tight budget because they could have made this game as popular as Grand Theft Auto

See lots of people agree with me. Its true It would make the game way more fun to be able to go more places. Because you wouldnt be confined to one place everyday. Man....I feel like im in prison just thinkin bout it! lol j/k
