Whats up with the 5 posts a day maximum? Why can't people just post like, as much as they want? Why would you get suspended for posting more than 5 times a day anyways?

this is how it was explained to me.....
say you come here and post 20 times in one day, say everyone does, we have 600 members, at 20 posts per member, thats 12,000 posts a day that someone would have to mod. also, think about what a pain the butt it would be to catch up on the site if you weren't here for a weekend...it would be insane!

now thats not to say that all 600+ member will post but in retrospect, its still a lot of work for the mods. before the video game came out, there was probably 200 members and only like 20 members that came here regularly, so its fair to say that it was easy maintaining the site.
right now, i'm sure the mods are hating it. everyone and their moms is here, on top of all the internet trolls. they have no choice but to monitor all the crap that goes on here, which is a thankless job in itself. and you gotta keep in mind that they also want to enjoy the site themselves and chat with their friends.

i've already gone over the 5 posts per day mark twice and i haven't been banned. its not because i'm special or they like me, it becauae i'm participating in a positive way, adding to discussion and helping fellow members out when i can like i'm doing here.
now that doesn't mean you should go crazy with posting, you should make an effort to post when its needed, not just because you feel like it. as long as you're not being a totally idiot, making short off topic posts, or just being a troll, no one is going to ban you.....i think?

Yes im sure u guys with the higher ranks get well cheesed off when you think of all these new bloods with loads of posts flying through the ranks.....The solution of 5 posts a day is a simple solution,we have gotta do our time and earn our ranks its a long process but more satisfaction will come that way.

Well if you want to post more than 5, you have to pay like the rest of us. I think is $10.50 USD a month to post 6. TOON, jump in anytime my Bro. Oh, and since I haven't pay my $30.00 Warriors Logo and Affiliate Patch under my name, Warchief hasn't put anything underneath. Just a big X.
