why were there no gangs from Queens or Staten Island?

i did search this so here it goes. from what i know, their were know gangs from queens or Staten Island. does anyone know why their why they didn' have any from either burrow?

Wha?? How do you know this, lots were from Queens and Staten Island.. havent you read the original script, it mentions that alot
