Rogues Gas Station

I was wondering if anyone out there knows the exact location of the gas station where Luther is seen talking on the phone, and informs the other members of the Rogues that some two-bit outfit almost got them, but they bopped their way past, obviously referring to the Orphans.  I am assuming the Gas station is in Brooklyn, but I also heard that It may have been in Manhattan somewhere.  If you look closely there's a sign reading, Cesar's Auto Repair on the garage.
