Hey when Snow says" Were goin in their like everyone else nine guys no weapons" it seems like he's lying because in the orphans sean he has a molotive cocktail and theirs not suppose to be any weapons. Does anybody else notice this?

It wasn't a weapon at first it was a bottle of Alcohol around his neck.

But the Riffs were in the middle of the conclave, they didn't search everyone before they got in. And if they did search people it would be only at the start when not lots of gangs were there because it would be more in control.
