Very profound explantion! Dude.. havent you seen the movie, they cant fight and on top of that, they cant even withstand one! Id say the punks and the turnbulls and heres why:

The Punks: All pretty big cats, they're packed with bats and chains and knives etc. The leader is one tough bopper, he gets painted red, socked in the face and still fights his best!! Hey what more can you say?

The A.Cs: One heavy set. I go by the movie, not the game.. but in the game they are the toughest set to battle with. And according to the original script, apparently you have to be 6 feet or more to even be in the turnbulls!

Thats who I think is tough.

The Furies were tough in the game, but no not the movie.  The question is (I believe who is the toughest in the game)>

I think the Punks, Turnbulls and Furies are tough in the game.

The Destroyers are good as well, and as for the JSB, at the beginning make some noise and let one of their scouts call his buddies, then take them on - they lay the beatings on Cowboy and Cochise pretty fast and good.

i chose the AC's. my other option was the furies,but i thought;they use bats and gets bopped by the warriors even though they outnumbered them!
the rogues have to use guns to survive so they should'nt even be on the list.
