The first time I saw the movie, I didn't even see them at the meeting. I think it's great to really see them for the first time when The Warriors do, as it makes more of an impact. Kind of "who the hell are these guys?" as opposed to "it's those guys again". I think their presence in the movie is fine.
ya you like never see the furies at the meeting, only once, i thought there would be furies everyehere at the meeting.i saw like 10 boppers and only 1 furie

ya the punks give a much better fight than the furies the furies take out cowboy and then ajax snow and swan take them all out by themselves.the punks hit alot of warriors even though they lost(espesaly vermin!!!) one punk freakin threw vermin ito a mirror!!!!!!!!!!

I like the way the Furies are introduced into the film. Coming up the stairs in full costume and taking the bats from that rack. I mean, look at their hangout, it's a friggin wet basement with pools of standing water. And then seeing them hit the streets practicing their swings...awesome.

good point about the punk who threw vermin into the mirror but look at the size difference.the punk could have picked any warrior up.
back to the furies
while a set number of furies where in rumbles with swan snow and ajax why didnt the ones who were standing around finish cowboy off while he was defenceless.i never understood that.the other warriors are pre occupied so the furies had every chance to heap more damage on the warriors.

where is it that everybody sees the furies at the meeting? :-k
[glow=red,2,300]well, i think that the furies are a bunch of panzies, ajax beat one of them (who had a bat) by him selfe, then when swan and snow helped, it was only 4 vs like 9 but cowboy was down, so i think that if 3 warriors could take them, not saying the warriors are weak, but any gang should be able to bump them out on a even fight.

I like the way The Furies were introduced actually. I think it's better that we only barely catch a glimpse of them at the meeting and have them fully presented when Swan, Cowboy, Snow and Ajax rush out of the subway.
Sure they could have put up a better fight, but they're pop culture icons man!
well, yeah, one of my favorite scenes is when ajax, swan, snow, and cowboy see the furies, but i didnt really like the fight scene, the game was so much more brutal, u could take a bat to some ones head, in the movie they only did like 3 blocks then hit in the ribs. but the furies should have won that fight by a long shot, because the furies were the only gang (besides the rouges) to fight the warriors.
Swan: "Were going to the next station, right through these lame fuc*s territory!"
your right, they did fight the punks, and technically they fought the lizzies and riffs, lizzies because vermin punched one of the girls, and riffs because im sure cleon didnt just sit on the ground and get beat to death with out a struggle.

I think the Furies are the most frightening gang. If I saw them and knew they wanted to hurt me, I'd piss myself. How they appeared is probably what gave them they're sorta badness. Especially when they were chasing the Warriors, you could tell these guys were out to harm. All this and the fact that they got baseball bats...
