I figured there should be a thread for sports talk. Let's start with your favorite teams and players.(I'm from the states so I won't know much about soccer)

(Try to only list 1 per category that way there aren't 800 players in 1 post)

My favorite teams: New York Yankees, Green Bay Packers, Dallas Mavericks, and even though I'm not a big hockey fan Colorado Avalanche

My Favorite players: Berniw Williams, Brett Favre, Dirk, Nirwtiztki, Curtis Joseph

My favorie inactive players: Don Mattingly, Troy Aikman, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky

My favourite sport is Soccer. I follow the English Premier League and I am a huge Arsenal fan. My second favourite would be Australian rules football, my favourite team is the Melbourne Demons. For American sports, my favourite would be american football. The team I follow is the New York Giants.

Hmmm... I like cricket. I go for the Western Warriors (no pun intended) in the national and the Australian team in International cricket.

I like Aussie rules football and go for the West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Dockers...

I don't mind rugby... hooray for WA getting a Super 14 team! (Not that I know what that is...) But hooray anyway!

And soccer... Perth Glory!!!

And i like basketball... Perth Wildcats my home team and internationally... it would have to be... Utah Jazz and the Phoenix Suns...

I like american football... not sure what team, i just like watching it...

I like baseball! Don't care about the teams... just the game!

So yep, thats me... i'm all sported out...

In Football i like Liverpool and in american sports i follow the Chicago Bears and Cincinatti Reds.

I am a huge Inter Milan fan!
In American sports, i follow the New York Jets, the Islanders in NHL and the Mets in MLB!

i'm into one sport, football. way to go starcat the cosmic toker, i'm also a STEELERS fan. Here we go STEELERS, here we go!! The STEELERS are going to the super bowl, the STEELERS will win the super bowl! YEA!!!

Don't bet all your money just yet on the Steelers. Favre and the Packers are taking it this year and they're going to beat the Patriots to do it.

I'm cheering the steelers on as i have loads of Roethlisberger Auto Rookie cards which will be even more valuable if they go all the way!

I root for ALL of the Boston teams. Big fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Boston College and the Celtics of course. No hockey right now but like the Bruins. I love following all sports and going to the stadium.

Favorite playas,

Red Sox: Jim Rice, Dwight Evans, Roger Clemens and David Ortiz
Patriots: Sam Cunningham, Stanley Morgan and Adam Vinatieri
Celtics: Larry Bird, John Havlicek, Kevin McHale and Jo Jo White.
BC Eagles: Doug Flutie!

Big Fan of Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat. He seems to be the real deal!

hockey, blackhawk's, san jose shark's. baseball, cubbies (can't help it!) and the dodgers. football, dolphin's dolphin's dolphin's!! other football, don't care what team just like it, especially fifa world cup!! i remember last time it was in asia, and getting up in the middle of the night to watch it, speaking of which any body know when the next one is? every 4 yrs right? but i can't remember when the last one was!

Oh man how embarrassing was it when u guys beat us at football 3-1!!

Im a football fan as well but its all about Chelsea!! We own this season!
