I'd say it's a toss-up between Cochise and Ajax.

Cochise: In an hour, it is C.I, the big Coney!

Most of Ajax's lines have the word 'wimp' in them.

I like the attitude of Ajax, the seriousness of Cochise, but also Vermin's comedy "When I got off that subway, and I saw you, I thought Oh baby, throw it my way, I mean it's really good of you chicks takin' us in like this" - cracks me up every time.
