I also liked Home Alone 1+2 and liked all the traps and things. Watching them recently, Marv and Harry are still quite amusing. Definitely a Christmas movie.

carrie - still gives me the willies.
the karate kid - all of them, they just make me laugh
platoon - charlie sheen's best roll along with Beyond the Law w/michael madson
back to the future - gigawatts!
TGTBTU or any movie where clint eastwood is rocking a pancho.
indiana jones - all of HF's the one liners just kill me.

I've heard of "Dark Crystal" and it's pretty weird.
