How long have you been fans?
I remember whatching it for the first time when I was 7 or 8 ( I'm 26 ). I saw the movie late at night with my family. When I look back... I can see clearly that I was the only one in the living room that was blowned away by it, the rest of my family just went to bed when the movie ended like nothing spectacular had happened. It's not for everyone, let's be honest...but then, if it was... it woldn't be so amazing. Anyway...I wana know your first time Warriors stories. :D

I have been a fan since I was 5. I used to be terrified of the crazy looking Furies. So, I loved when the Warriors came to the rescue and beat them down. (ruined my relationship with clowns)

How long have you been fans?
Saw it twice way back in 79 and have watched it at least once a year since. One movie I'll never get tired of and still consider it my fav.

Worlds 2nd biggest Orphans Fan.
Been a fan since 1979
I've been a fan since 1979. I was 10 years old back then ...I went to see it with my mother in the Loew's Theater in Jersey City, NJ. She took me because I nagged her every day until she took me to see the movie. I also remember that people were smoking weed in the theater.
3 years ago I turned my step-son onto the movie. He liked it so much that he held a Warriors movie night at our house with 4 of his friends. No matter what ... the Warriors stands the test of time ... it's a story and film that my generation, the current one, and the next will enjoy and be attracted to ... it has an interesting plot, the characters are believable and likable, the cinematography is on point and creative, the fight scenes realistic and violent, and it's based in New York ...
I will see the new one ... some are calling it a remake, but how can it be a remake when it takes place in L.A.? and it will be with West Coast gangs? (Not tryin to hate) only Cyrus will be the original name used? I just believe in the old saying that goes 'Don't fix it if it's not broken." It will make some money but I do not think it will be a cult classic like the 1979 film.
Peace.

Well, I had the vhs version since around the mid 90's and I just used to watch it like every 6 months or so like all the rest of my films, but then the game came out, and I also bought the directors cut, and then I registered here after watching the directors cut dvd about 5 times in 1 week.

How long have you been fans?
Since 1980 or so, whenever it came out on VHS tape. My dad and I rented it and watched it with some of my gradeschool friends. Everafter, we re-enacted the washroom fight with the punks and the furies baseball bat fights in my back yard.
Let's get down to it boppers....
