When the train arrives at Stillwell Avenue, you can see a blue water slide in the background. Was just curious if anyone knew if it was still there. Random. :D

It was a toboggan part of one of the amuzement parks. It is long gone.

There's a shot near the end of the film where you can also see a second roller coaster (second meaning not the famous Cyclone of of course). I forget its name but that has been since torn down as well. Just thought I'd add that useless fact :)

that was the Thunderbolt rollercoaster.. last run was in 1983 and demolished in 2000..

if you watch the Woody Allen film "Annie Hall" - the Thunderbolt was built over the small hotel.. imagine all the rick-racket noise everytime the coaster goes overhead.. :)

the next time you see the scene where they arrive back at stillwell avenue in coney just before the train stops look at the blue snake like looking object.
