Or have parents who want to have no business with you donating to a website. In fact, you're in this boat too, aren't ya, Punk?
Yep. And I am all for a charge because I know that running a site costs money. My dad has a site and he pays for it. If it was up to me, I would gladly donate because this place is put together so well and has such a great community. However, it really is all up to my parents. I don't want to have to leave just because my parents don't want to send money to a website (Although it's not really both of them, my dad would probly support it wholeheartedly. my mom, though....).

Fat chance, my dad hates the Warriors and my mom'd probably be offended by Ajax.
* Insert awesome line from the Warriors here. *

i hear ya! :D
at the same time though, i'm pretty sure there are enough of us "real's" here, and working members to make sure we don't lose any of the important members, no matter what they're age, or financial situation!!!
we're supposed to look out for each other, right?
there's always a way, we just gotta look for it!!
i spend 2 much on ebay, anyway!!
i'm sure myself, and others, who are a little better off money-wise, would be willing to help other's we cared about here, to make sure we didn't lose em!!

WHAT SAY YOU, FORUM?? :D

P.S. Harley, VERY HOT PIC!!!!! =P~
LOL

Obviously we need to be sure not to lose any of us core Elite members. Perhaps we should be "grandfathered" in and any new forum members have to pay up. That combined with donations and banners could be a solution.

Huh?? Hey!!!!,I'm Riff-Raff,where's Cleo?

Love the Drawing Harley,I see you did not forget your Trademark Needles!!!
Well,It's only obvious that by December, there will be 1000 members thanks to the DVD and Video game.. And as the popularity of The Movie Grows,So will THE FORUM, and That in itself will open up many different senerios, case in point,The one discussion we are having now,

PunkRockWarrior62
I agree, it would sort out some of the riffraff, but it might also push away some true fans with no reliable source of income (such as myself or any of the younger fans here who are too young to have a job)
That too is one of my concerns, what if one of these new Members love the movie, but can't afford it? How should we help the young members here.. :-k
I don't want to leave anyone out,if they are a true fan like myself,??
Call me crazy, but I would rather contribute my own money, and help keep it a free Forum,So that others can discover this place, and see how cool it is,and at the same time, they can get to know everyone here
I am willing to sacrific, for those who can't.. And who know's maybe I already started the "DOMINO <--Tony Scott" ;) effect?

In the end we'll have thought up a solution to ensure the real fans are taken care of and the posers are sent on their way.

Bobo, you gave me a great idea! Maybe the older forum members can "adopt" a younger member! Pay their fees and such until they can support themselves. It could be a sign up program. What do you all think?

As an older forum member I would be glad to help out one of our younger memebers.

I like your idea and Gonzo's idea of "grandfathering" the elites....As soon as I get a job (only about 2 more years) I'll start paying my own fees.
