Hello, new to the forum,
I've been working on a Warriors Theatrical Cut Reconstruction blu-ray over on https://www.fanedit.org/. Naturally, I wanted to include the TV-Cut deleted scenes as a bonus feature but finding a good quality source for them (as good as can be expected) is proving difficult. There is the youtube upload from your good selves but of course it's highly compressed for streaming.
Some of you may already be familiar with a fanedit DVD by a guy called Tranzor from a decade ago ('The Warriors: TV Composite'). It featured those scenes in great shape as a bonus feature (they have a TNT watermark in the lower right corner). Problem is the only copy I could find is digitally corrupted.
So can anybody here point me in the direction of either a copy of that DVD, a copy of the TNT broadcast in good quality, or maybe some other source?
Thanks.

There's the fan Blu-ray that comes up regular on eBay. I don't own that myself, so cant confirm it's quality, but it has the deleted scenes as extras.

Thanks for the reply but I can confirm that that blu-ray just uses the youtube upload from this site.

There's also copies of the TV broadcast on dvd format. It's only vhs quality though.

Even better. I'd happily pay for a DVD release. Anybody got a link to buy one, or some info. Google and eBay aren't returning anything obvious when I search.Ninth Delegate wrote:There's also copies of the TV broadcast on dvd format. It's only vhs quality though.

Hi there!
This is an interesting project. I do not have the DVD, otherwise I would have gladly given you a copy. I usually purchase films online using http://www.digitalgp.co.uk/ . I will see if the movie is among the products that can be bought via the site for and if it is the uncut version, I will let you know. I can also try asking my dad if he still has his copy. There is an account called “The Warriors” on YouTube. Did you have a look at its videos? Alternatively, you can check on https://www.tvguide.com and on https://www.dailymotion.com. I remember seeing some clips on these sites once. I hope you are successful!

Re: Warriors TV Cut Deleted Scenes
in any authorised version the graveyard argument between swan and ajax about who is warlord/warchief makes no sense unless the deleted scene of cleon assigning that role to swan is added (because fox says that cleon did that of course) - when I first saw the movie I thought i'd missed something on the subway ride etc.
also ajax says "I bet no-one's gonna be there" (or similar) on the way to the conclave in an existing and a deleted scene - that said you could have a version where he separately says it twice I suppose (it would fit the character I think).
