Warrior from Down Under..

Greetings Boppers!

My name is Johnny & I'm a new blood from Australia. I'm 37 and I first saw The Warriors in NZ on late night tv in 1988 I ended up becoming completely obsessed with the film and the soundtrack and have vivid memories of picking up the warriors s/track on cassette back in '89 and quickly launching it into my Walkman which is where that tape became a permanent fixture for weeks!

The Warriors is a slick, well directed action masterpiece and still holds it's own in 2012! They don't make films like that anymore & it still has a lot of impact 33 years on! I'm really looking forward to becoming a contributing member of this forum & it's really great to see there is a dedicated site to this awesome movie for us Warriors to meet regularly
