Error/Misprint in WARRIORS O.M.A. TRADE PAPERBACK

I think I found a mis-print in the WARRIORS O.M.A. TRADE PAPERBACK. On the page that has the ISSUE 5 cover, it mistakenly says: "issue 1 cover by Grey Williamson". All of the other covers are correctly labeled.

Was this released in the US, or did you get a UK copy?

My wife bought it of Amazon for Xmas. It came direct from Amazon. I was tired of waiting for the comic shops to get it.

Other than the Ajax short, I gather there are no extras?

yeah my copy has this and no there is no other extras other than ajax short,
yeah yeah I know I carried on about not getting this cause I already own all these comics already and dymamite needs to get its shit together and release jailbreak, but hey its the warriors man you see it in the shop and you got to have it.
