anybody here has a workout regimen or diet. i used to workout with free weights back when i was 17, i did it for about 2 years or so, not to get bulky, but more to define my upper body. one thing i could never get defined were my shoulders. i did the low carb diet, but man that crap works for a while, then you just gain it back.

I do exercise 6 times a week at the gym

Look at the word breakfast

You are, literally, breaking a fast, wherein the working definition of a fast is an extended period of no food

After not eating, presumably, all night, including several hours before, your glycogen levels are at their lowest. When sugar is introduced into a low-glycogen system, it absorbs it much more rapidly

Rapid increases in blood sugar immediately signals the release of insulin, to restore the normal blood sugar levels

This is what's known as an insulin spike

The presence of raised insulin leads to instant accelerated fat storage

The now greatly reduced sugar levels, which are too low due to the insulin spike, demands the opposing glucagon reaction, to restore sugar back into the system, until it levels off

These spikes and valleys interfere with the natural metabolic rhythm
