Couple of pointers if you don't mind:

1) it looks like the badge os almost divided in three pieces:
a: Top rounded pointy "cop badge looking top"
        b: Middle rectangle
c: bottom part of the badge which is sort of like a triangle

What it looks like to me is the the TURNBULL takes up almost all of the rectangle. The ACS doesnt start until after the line of the triangle and centered.

2) It looks like the logo is screened on a the patch. Whoever you are going to, to do these CAN make an embroidered base (WINGS, BADGE) and print the wording on it.

Let me know what you decide. You are our new logo master!

With my new found patch maker, I think the TURNBULL ACS patch is a great patch to make a printed version of. I would like to use this art (thanks to CHRISMASONIC) for the patch, to put over the one on the SM09 vest I have. What I need from you guys, is are there any revisions neeted to be made to this? Should the "shield" be bigger? Should the "wings" be behind the "shield" more? What should be the overall size of the patch (from wing tip to wing tip, width of wings, size of "shield) (9th, you are the patch size guru so I would like to hear from you)? Any other comments.

The one I made was 12 inch and looked too small. I would measure the back of your jacket first and decide how much denim you want on each side of the patch then measure the space in between the two points.
I'll send you the design I used. There's only a slight variation from Chrismasonics design.
