There are too many variables involved to give a solid answer. Among them is the definition of unladen. If you mean entirely free of any material not organically produced by the swallow itself, such as dirt that might stick its feathers together, then the maximum air speed velocity might be slightly greater than if you define the term as simply not carrying any item in the swallow's beak, such as, I don't know, a python for example.
