Ya sure, I agree. Usually I would just stir-fry those veggies in a little EVOO and some soy sauce and
add a little chicken or fish. No rice prolly either. That was just a fun, cheat meal. Can't make a sandwitch
without bread!

protein for balancing out carbohydrates? i dun-get-it

i am a complete health nut and even i don't think that meals unhealthy. everything in moderation.

my breakfast today.... kale, spinach, parsley, broccoli, persimmons, blueberries, banaynay, beets, hemp seed, salba seed, spirulina.

Why what's the difference? if i have another fried bread that means i'd have to have another bacon and sausage or the ratio would be all wrong, gotta have a piece of bacon and sausage with every mouthful of fried bread.

Sounds like yer getting alot of nutrients for sure. I think Spirulina is supposed to be a good source of
protien?

I only have that breakfast 3 times a week when i'm working, 12 hour shifts, need them calories to burn through the day.

A sausage roll has pastry around a sausage meat filling, Don't you have these?

my breakfast today was peanut butter on toast (brown bread) and orange juice. probably not the lowest in calories !
