CC WIZARD's full vest for sale. Only 40 made

I received word back from CC about the vests. I asked a bunch of questions. Some of her answers make you say hmmmmm. They seem to know A LOT about the original vests.

1) Are the pictures posted on the site the final product for the WARRIORS vest?  We used to make the full vests, however at the moment we are out of stock and do not intend to produce any more unless
demand is higher. So these are old products

2) Are the piping around the pockets going to be square (as in the picture) or angle cut like the screen worn vests? All of the latest vests we had were screen accurate, and pockets were cut as per screen vests. We have the motto if your going to do it, do it right.

3) Will the piping have a tan piping under the diamond cuts? We have had long discussions about this on the site and those of us who have made our own have come to the conclusion that there was no extra piping under the black diamond cut, just the actual vest. We have figured that it was glue and lighting and filters while filming. (THIS IS VERY INTERESTING) Actually yes your are part right, there was no piping on the vests other than the original diamond cut trim featuring a diamond shape followed by two holes and duplicated. The original vests were made in asia, they were all made from PU material, not real leather. They were deemed too light when they were filming and did not look good once directors reviewed initial footage. So they were sent away to be dyed a darker shade, and once returned the dyed vest were darker but the dye did not successfully penetrate the diamond edge trim entirely, thus leaving the edges lighter. The original vests were merely toys/costumes, and as for real function they stopped at looks.

 Seems to answer some of our questions about the vests if they are correct.

I think demand was low due to the price, maybe?

I think you ate mis-reading this. They USED TO make these and are out of stock. If demand for them comes around again, they would re-stock.  Someone bought them for that price.

Not sure what to make of this. I have no knowledge of replica vests being made and sold from China.
Shar Meehan and Mondotees are the only companies i know of that manufactured and shipped worldwide; and that vest pictured is a classic example of the Shar heehan product.
