New fan

I spotted a sort of odd-looking cover for a ps2 game in a nearby Game Lazy (crazy) the other month, looked all 70's ish and i thought, "is that a movie? no, it says ps2", after picking it up and looking at it, (no pictures or info on the back) i thought i'd check it out online, see what it was about.

Now, here i am, new fan of The Warriors, stoked for the game's release, researching as much as i can about both the movie and game. I love how Rockstar has turned this previously unheard of (to me) movie and turned it into the kinds of games i love most; gritty, irresponsibly violent, and guarenteed to be adrenaline pumping fighting.

I haven't seen the movie yet (gasp) but will very soon, and i'm kicking myself for remembering something was shown on vh1 about the movie a while ago, and missing it. (forgive me, didn't know what it was. showed the bottles-part) But i can't wait for the game to be released, and already have mine reserved. Didn't know if i'd post much, just wanted to say here i am!

I believe i relate most with The Orphans myself.

it's shown sometimes on TV (in the UK, Sky Cinema 1 & 2. not sure about the US) but i picked up a copy of it on DVD for like Â£6 (about $10) from Woolworths (where i work. Stock Monkey

i really sugest trying to buy it....its pretty cheap to buy....with the speical edition dvd coming out soon alot of places drop prices of old versions of dvds to sell them out....

you can get it off the web almost anywhere and if your a ebay shoppers like alot of us, its real easy to find on ebay.

good luck and i hope you enjoy the movie

but this proves the game is doing what we thought it would, bring in fans who have never seen the movie and cause them to want to see it which is great
