A bunch of us have been working on this for so long, that we want to get it correct. Yes, we do care. Let's see what 9th posts and then tweek. I think we can have art for the patch by the end of the month.

In this first attempt, I've used Nc's moon face on my mrk7 design (with chrismasonic's lettering)
I changed the angle of the face to fit over my existing design and changed the width of the mouth.
Being that we cant decidde what is protruding from his mouth (I still think its air/breath), i've made his teeth clenched (it gives more of a white area like what we can see from the screen shots)

In this second attempt, i've pasted Nc's design over the top of mine.  Its actually a close fit, especially around the arm.  I've got rid of my Reece Witherspoon forehead and filled in Nc's teeth.
I've used the bottom half of my body (which is maybe a little too long).  I think we need to get a half way point between both our designs bottom half body (as I think Nc's is a little too short).
Keep my armpit shadow, as its a direct trace from the best screenshot.
Wristband has been eliminated
Shading also eliminated.  I enquired years back about getting patches made and was told the more colours used, the higher the cost.
Size of bottom lip has been reduced on this version.
Apologies for the lame inking.  Drawing with a mouse is not my strong point.

Sounds cool to me.

I will do this changes:

- Gritted teeth
- Longer body (anyway not long as 9th did, that's not that long)
- Reduce lower lip
- Adjust the fingers (but I will keep his three fingers hand, I think it's much better this way)

I think that I don't have to change nothing else.
I will do the changes this evening. I will post the updated artwork tomorrow in the morning.

i love the drawing...
but...as i said earlier...too perfect
i see a hand drawn design with un uniform letters which gives it the feel

a less complicated face
i don't see the eye the same shape as NComics design...and i see a larger white mouth shape with possibly a curved tounge sticking out from between the teeth

its a fantastic drawing and would look great as a patch but it wouldn't be quite right

i think the first 2 pictures show it best...
and it could quite possible be a ring through the nose or curved tounge...i'm really not sure

but i'm sure you'll agree...its much more of a basic design than the one currently being pencilled by NComics...

and if the patch does come to fruition...it's been that long and hard a road...i might buy one just to put this moonrunner logo to bed...it haunts me...but i like it

so what do you all think it is?... a mustache, a nose ring, his tongue, exhaled condensation coming off his breath?

i happen to think it's his right shoulder in the background.
