I, like many others, have fallen victim to this pointless-but-fun microblogging website. So I figured I ask if anybody here if they have an account and I'm not the only weirdo.

When a teacher says he grades tough and gives you an A minus, you KNOW you wrote a good essay.

Unless the teacher was lying and/or mistaken about their supposed toughness, given the deplorably deteriorated standards of student abilities!

Although I'm sure it was a lovely essay, dear.

Well he wrote on the essay that it was well-written, and he only wanted me to revise one sentence, so I think it's a pretty safe bet that I did well. I was pretty surprised, because I expected a C, because he said there were a lot of Cs and we have a tiny class.

It took all of my self control to not do a victory dance on my desk.

I set up a twitter page a few months back, to see what all the fuss is about.  Within half an hour, I had sevral "followers" of the z list adult movie actress variety, sending me spam.  I gave up after the first day.  It doesn't offer anything more than what facebook and myspace already provide.  I don't go on the net to boost some pompous actor or musicians ego.
I'll stick to sending crude comments and abuse to my co-workers on facebook.
