And just for completion's sake, here's the message if you ordered tickets for the second show:
==================================
Hi Everyone!
Thank you for supporting the Warriors 30th Anniversary Fundraiser in Coney Island on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Sideshows by the Seashore.
If you are receiving this email, you have purchased tickets for the
*late* showing of the Warriors.
The event will be taking place at Coney Island USA, on the corner of Surf and West 12th Street in Coney Island. Our address is 1208 Surf Avenue, but check-in will be at the front desk on the West 12th Street side of the building. So come in from that direction.
Here is the information that you will need about the day:
* No videotaping or sound recording is permitted at this event. Please do not videotape or audiotape the event; we will be forced to remove you and that will make everyone sad.
* Check-in will begin at 6 PM
* There are no paper tickets for this event. You will check in at the front desk and be presented with a wristband for each ticket that you have purchased. Please have a photo ID to check in.
* There will be bag check service in the Coney Island USA Gift Shop.
There is no fee for checking a bag, but you should feel free to tip.
* There will be an open autograph session with the warriors cast members from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This is not free; cast members will be charging a fee for autographs. While these fees have not been set, it is likely that the fees will be in the $15 to $20 range.
* After the autograph session, everyone who does not have a wristband for the 9:00 PM showing will be asked to clear the building. We apologize for this in advance, but this is to insure the best possible experience for the audience of the early show. We ask that you partake in Coney Island's other opportunities during this time. Nathan's will be open regardless of the weather, and the rides and attractions will be open weather permitting.
* Audience members holding wristbands for the second showing will be permitted back into the building at 10:45 PM; seating will begin at approximately 11:15 PM.
* Prior to the second screening, there will be a Q & A with the cast in the theater space from 11:15 PM to 11:45 PM. There will be no autographs, videotaping or audiotaping at this time.
* The early screening of the Warriors will take place from 11:45 PM to 1:20 AM.
* At the conclusion of the film, please exit the theatre space at the back. This will let you out in the gift shop where you can pick up your checked items.
* Please also note: By attending this event, you consent to your voice and likeness being used without compensation in films, tapes and still photos for exploitation in any an all media, whether now or known or hereafter devised, and you release Coney Island USA and MyFavoriteCeleb and their successors, assigns and licensees from any liability on account of such usage. If you do not wish to be subject to the foregoing, do not take part in this event. This information was included on the ticket sales page and will be posted at the theater.
You have been forewarned.
Thanks for bearing with us and please help us out by respecting our ground rules. We expect this to be a great event and are glad that you have the opportunity to attend!
Sincerely,
David

Im a little disapointed that he isn't.
Come down and meet me and Deborah Van Vaulkenburgh this Saturday and Sunday at the Burbank Marriot. Visit http://www.hollywoodshow.com for ALL the great guests and info you need!
Also Sunday night at the New Beverly Cinema we are doing a screening of The Warriors. PLUS JAMES REMAR is said to be coming. This would be James FIRST APPEARANCE at a Warriors event EVER.

Can you dig it?
David
Theres no confirmation, which is understandable, as James has an active TV and film career which could conflict with convention dates.

Heading out to the Conclave in Jersey ... never thought the Warriors got out of NYC ... later I'll make the trek to Brooklyn in the hopes of scoring one of the extra tickets someone has ... stay tuned boppers ...
Re: WARRIORS 30TH YEAR REUNION AT CONEY ISLAND! SOLD OUT!!
We are filming it. For what, we do not know now. Maybe a fan DVD for distribution online. We do not know for sure. That is one of the reasons why we ask that fans please do not film the event and respect that.
Any news about it? I mean… has anyone a clue whether it will be released somehow?
