I can see the need for a scout with a nine man squad , but don't see the importance in a three man team. I would value strength and fighting skills for a three man team.

All are good fighters and they all have a decent head on their shoulders, I think they could look after themselves pretty good.
Who are The Warriors, there must be some word...

Ajax, Swan and Cochise. You have fighters and also a median man (cochise) to break up an arguement if it arose between Ajax and Swan.
