Yeah it would but the only ferry i could get is to Liverpool and then i'd need to sort out travel to wherever the meeting is. I figure seeing as how i'm workin 50-60 hours a week at the minute i might as well spend the extra money and just fly.
What about me? I got the big one...

Just got in contact with a london cinema and i could rent it on a sunday from 10.30 - 13.00. The price isn't too bad either.

What do you think we should do? I think we should just have forum members go as then we don't have to worry about anybody turning up and ruining it for us. Even if we had 10 of us turn up it would still be less then a premier football ticket which is a bargain.

I'll do a day return by air so we could all go for a few beers and talk Warriors after?

You can even swear without getting a pm if you turn up

Let me know what you think!

I think somebody better bring a notebook and keep track of everything, so you all can make a full report to us AWAY people who can't participate, can live it vicariously through you. Sounds so fun!!! Hope you get a turnout!!
best of luck with it!

'We're going in there with nothing'. Only joking, this sounds like a great idea, I'm up for this. I've always wanted to see it on the big screen. I'm lousy at finding my way around London though (even though I live so close), but I should be able to manage.

Would it be possible to arrange a date Jamie, so that we can see if we are free. Once we've got a date sorted, I'll put up a page with map / details etc.

If it is a Sunday then I'll probably be free. Late August / Early September works best for me. Anyone else?

This would be a great idea and a great opportunity to meet people who share my passion for this classic movie.

Just an idea but it might be cool to arrange this to take place just after the release of the release of the new DVD as this would provide plenty to chat about in the pub afterwards.

Anyway hope something happens.
