anybody ever notice that most of the gangs in this movie arent wearing proper clothes for fighting. like the punks leader was wearing roller skates, how can you fight in those. the high hats all had high hats, the boppers had big vests on. why do you think they did this

I dunno, thats a good question. But I did once witness a fight between one guy with rollerblades on and one without. One of the funniest things I've seen in my life!

I think the punk on rollerskates needed them for some height, even with them on he was shorest of them all. Also I think that some of the gangs came to the meeting dressed to impress, like the boppers, and some came just wearing there regular colors.
