Re: deleted scenes
I like seeing the deleted scenes however I am glad they decided to start out the film at night vs during the day. It just feels better.

I respect your concern, however, this is the New Blood Forum. We don't have the opportunity to prove ourselves outside of this arena. Our topic selection is limited. We can read all the other forums we want but can't post. At least here we can post.$now4Ever wrote: Soory guys but, i don't think this topic is really called for because everyone has seen those not tryin to be rude just try and post some other topics that people haven't already talked about.
I was hoping the director's cut would have included the scenes which were originally deleted. I learned that it doesn't. I agree, starting the film at night is fitting. There were other night scenes not included which would have fit in nicely. It would have made the movie longer for one.

Re: deleted scenes
Thanks StrongHeavyMuscl 8) I understand about the agony. I'm still going to get the director's cut, either as a gift or buy it myself. I've read some comments here on the forum and heard through friends about the comic strip additions. That sounds cool to me. It's great to see the attention this movie receives, 27 years later.SoldierHeavyMuscle wrote:very well put!FuriesWarlord wrote:I respect your concern, however, this is the New Blood Forum. i disagree...beacuse yes we have talked about it. but this is all they got, infact i think there should be more topics like this with you new bloods talking on the movie so we know what kinda member your are. right now this "HI IM AJAXSWAN1979 I JUST JOINED AND I THINK THE WARRIORS ARE AWSOME" topics are killing me....$now4Ever wrote: Soory guys but, i don't think this topic is really called for because everyone has seen those not tryin to be rude just try and post some other topics that people haven't already talked about.

Re: deleted scenes
I've seen that originally-intended opening sequence....and yeah, no wonder Walter Hill axed it.
Still, that great wide-shot of the gang going up the sidewalk. Nice.
