I haven't seen the original, looks alright. I might just have to check it out!

Yeah man great flick.  I feel bad for all those cars they wrecked though.  One thing I dont understand about the remake, why did they change elenor.  I think the 70's Ford Mustang Mach-1 was better than some shelby.  Dont get me wrong I like Shelby's but why did they have put on big wheels, and all that other crap on it?  I think the guy that made this movie also did the Junkman.  I dont know though...Thats why I started a thread about it.
