Too many Boxe Federations... Wba,Wbc,Ibf,Wbo..........Wbz?????????

Post by The Swan »

Hi guys, I didn't find anything about "different boxe federations", some topic about boxe, but nothing about feds! So I like boxe, well my fav is soccer, but boxe is too cooooooool!!!
I think all these boxing federations (4) are not good 4 the entire movement!!! There is a champ per category every federation, a lot of category distinctions (you know, heavy weight... medium... welter... etc... well and that's ok) and I read somewhere there would be 2 new categories only 4 asiatic boxe federation-boxers: one of these 2 new categories is "atom weight"!!!
Well, this way it's almost impossible there's only 1 Champion 4 category (cause he has to win 4 feds "belts"), and all this always 4 the same reason: the money!!! Yeah maybe last "unique" Federations (Wba-Wbo-Ibf-Wbc) Champion was Tyson, well and Lewis (Heavyweight)... and someone else per other categories... but there would be only and only one Champion per every category!!! Instead today there are 4 Champs, few times a boxer has unified 4 istance Wba and Ibf, or ... etc... but never 4... :!:
Thoughts about? 8)

I agree to many champs and no one can ever unify the titles.  I miss the old winner takes all.  It just dilutes the sport imao.
