@Tantive:
Man that Pink Floyd one is awesome! Funny and cool at the same time ^__^
Now to some other cool album covers.
I'm surprised that this wasn't posted along with London Calling since they're the two most iconic punk covers of all time probably. The Sex Pistols' "Never Mind The Bollocks Heres The Sex Pistols" is a true classic in its blatant simplistic ways, yet while at the same time being unintentionally artistic.
Nine Inch Nails have a knack for making cool album covers and their latest addition to musical and artistic greatness is no exception. Very cool cover. I like the way it looks kinda "broken".
Nina Rochelles wonderful album "Mörkertal" is very cool too, the kind of sillhouette thing with the moon is very cool.
Here we've got another swedish band who know how to make cool album covers! The colours, the raw feel, the kind of retro punk look. Suits the album perfectly in the sense that it's kind of thrash metal/punk updated for today. The Haunted's "rEVOLVEr" is pretty kickass.
The next one is just plain cool. Type 0 Negative's "Life Is Killing Me" has a cool look.
The last is a great modernised punk album whos cover is kind of "back to basics" in the sense of the bright colours, no doubt influenced by the Sex Pistols above album. SUM 41's "Does this look infected" makes me a happy panda
