How To Unlock Eliminators???

90% on hardcore soldier, currently playing as Cobb and the Furies on Unleash the Fury, but I cannot seem to do one thing...

UNLOCK THE ELMINATORS! It's the only gang I don't have! FF SAKES!

Any help would be apprectiated.

Also, if you know where the 7th tag in Chinatown is that would be great, I can find all 5 obvious ones AND the one in the store where they are loading the van.... really p'ing me off!!!!

make you you get the 1000 bonus points for EVERY tag, including all of them in the gallery, and smash some heads aswell
