I can't stand Dr.Phil he's just a male version of Oprah and i can barely stand his voice also i don't think he's a doctor.

Dr. Phil: What's your problem
Obese lady: Dr. Phil I'm too fat!
Dr. Phil: Stop eating so much.
Obese lady: OH DR. PHIL YOU'VE SAVED ME!

Me: WTF?

Yeah I think he's pretty overrated as such a mentor-genious type person. All he really does is restates the peoples problems and states the obvious.

Thanks for making this topic. My mother is always watching this messed up show these days, and I usually do too. She says it's good for me to learn that there are people out there who have such pathetic lives- but I am pretty sure I already know that! I cannot stand him and his show. It's just too much for me to handle.

A couple of days ago, I ended up watching Dr. Phil and I don't know if anyone else saw this, but a couple of kids came on looking for help, because their mother was dressing like a slut. Well Dr. Phil was rude enough to not even help them and in the end he told them, "Deal with it!", or something like that. It was quite ignorant I was surprised at first. I think he's more rude than I thought.

Some people like to call it "tough love" but there's a difference between that and just yelling at people. I turned on tube once and there was this episode where this boy had some sort of thing where he made sexual advances on people, and he just yelled at this 17 year old kid for about an hour, made the kid cry. He should just stop after a while. I mean, there are parents for that stuff.

Anyone ever see that Man Show spoof where "Dr. Phil" was signing books?
