Level 12 - Bensonhurst - HELP!!!

Im stuck on the above level, every time i go in the first shop to rob, i get nailed by a few cops and cant find any flash anywhere....

and when it comes to nicking the stereo's i get about 2 or 3 before i get pummelled by the JSB's

any help please guys?!

I'm on there too. I'm alright on the stereo's but ran out of time as the cops guared all what was left over in the way of busting shops.

I think it will be the classic ' find a hiding hole - nip out bust shop / nick stereo and dash back til its calm' tactic.

I actually found it quite east to pick the JSB gang members off 1 by 1 including the one chatting to the 2 bent cops. They weren't that difficult.

Yeah ive now managed to get the five stereos and take the JSB's out one by one, but as soon as i break into the 1st shop i get by @ss nailed by the cops!!!

managed to find two flashes, but no flash dealer....

theflash dealer is in a 2 story building wiht windows you can jump into. then in the hallway one of the doors can be opened and hes in the room. or just pay one of the bums and he'll tell you where he is *provided you beat the one coney island free roam mission*

for the stores, either get the three silver blocks in the dark red spot everytime (which doesnt set off an alarm) or choose scatter and book it for shadows the second you see blue on the map.

One of the stores on the side of town where the chapter starts has 3 flashes in the cabinet. I found 1, maybe 2 cans of spray and actually a lot of flash laying around. Stealing those stereos really makes a big difference!

I'm taking a break right now because I had 8/9 tags, 7/8 stereos and 49/50 stolen goods. Then? Game Over because I broke into every single store. Why? Let me tell you and don't make this mistake: I break into stores, steal what i can before getting nabbed and then go hide in the dark. When I get back to the store it's empty! So my last store I just had to get one more and I go in and there looks like just molotov cocktails or something and they don't COUNT! I spent a lot of time on the level making sure to complete every bonus mission.

Question: Can you beat up the bent cops w/o going to some cutscene and ending the game? I didn't go near them because I still wanted to tag and needed a stereo.

that mission was 1 of the only missions i had trouble on.

That mission was easy for me, You steal car radios and when the cops are on your tail hide. same with stealing stuff from the store and with the JSB scouts, you just hide in the shadow wait for them to come near you and knock them out.

rite get the first stores and radios. each time dont run away from the cops, just bray them, after that go through the allys and thers another street some more shops der!

i done that it was pretty hard but i just ran until i lost the cops then stole the stuff beat the hell otta them gang members and just done it

the way to do this level is to set your warriors to *watch my back* when you pick the locks on the shops get em in the black area and the alarm doesnt go off, so put em in balck area, watch my back and loot your way to victory

Yeah Cowboy is ace at lockpicking so you shouldn't have a big problem! 8)

That mission is EASY!, well i say easy ive only ever played the game 2player, my tactic was 1 person steals stereos and other robs shops, then once the stereos are done 1 person stays at the shops door and keeps cops off while other robs, then vice versa throgh out all the shops, i finished the mission first time using this method, i relly havnt had any trouble on any of the missions yet, 2 player is really the way to play the game so much more fun only dissadvantage is when ur m8 keeps getting bloody killed and u have to go save the ass and waiste all ur flash on him!!! and i find it fairly difficult to fight when around him as the camera becums all wierd!!!!

it would be easy if you distract the warriors by throwing a bottle or brick when the go check it out go in the shadows and throw another bottle to get their attention when they gry back hold L1 to target the jsb then press Square to kill them kill all the jsb's and this will be easier

If you need to find flash try breaking into the back of cars. Sometimes you can find money and spraypaint too.
