I got into The Warriors by accident.

Well, I'm into politics a bit. So I keep up with all the news of video games being accused of corrupting the youth, causing people to be violent, etc. Well, Jack Thompson had made a comment about some games including GTA, Bully, and soon-to-be-released title called The Warriors.

I ended up just shrugging it off. I found out there was a movie based on this game that was coming out. About four weeks later, I was in Wal-Mart and saw the Ultimate Director's cut of The Warriors. I went by gut instinct and bought it.

I've been addicted heavily to The Warriors ever since. I've gotten the game and 100% completion on it as of last week.

When I was 13 I saw this movie (I'm 25 now) and it was so cool I wanted to watch it over and over and still do new york at its finest real and raw, best movie ever made.

This movie always stuck with me in memory since I saw it in 1979. I'd wanted to see it again many times over the years but when I saw it on Spike TV a few weeks ago I got into it once more and bought the Director's cut.

When I heard the Warriors game was going to come out they said it was based on the movie. So i looked up the warriors and this website came up checked it out and learned so much lines from the movie and havent even saw it. So when i saw it it was awesome. I've been a warriors fan since september but i am 12 not as old as you warriors veterans.

In the GTA San Andreas box, I saw The Warriors paper thing and I looked up the game and stuff on Gamespot.

Then my dad said it was a movie and showed my brother and I the old record album, and said we should go get the movie, which we did.

It is now one of my favorite movies.

I actually only saw the movie about 3 months ago. My eyes were glued to the screen every second. Only on Saturday I went out to get the Directors Cut and I watched all of the extra features. I'm still kind of wondering whether I like this or Scarface more. There pretty damn close.

I still have the VHS with it recorded off the TV somewhere. Still kind of miss the scenes that were only on TV cuts when I'm watching the DVD.

im 14 and when i was 3 or 4 my uncle showed me the warriors movie
and he told me i was going to be the leader and i was all like ya im wanna go fight lol
he told me this about 3 years ago and ive been a fan ever since

I'm 36. 1st time I seen this was in 81 I believe when my family 1st got our vcr......rented this at the video store dubbed a copy and have watched this religiously till I moved out, which has been about 11yrs........missed this movie, just never borrowed it from my mom.....I easily could have, she just kept it for my bro and me.....anyway heard about the game coming out, stated remembering back how I worshiped this film, then heard about the "driector's edition" of this and was even more excited (til' I came on here and read the AWFUL reviews, man was I bummed) I picked up the game and have been hyping it up to everyone I know......some remembered the movie, some did not.......beat the game and found a cheap copy of the 1979 version on Ebay, got it in the mail last night and re-watched it again.....still love this movie, and I love the game, too bad about the new version of this......I honestly haven't seen the new version, I am going to rent it.

Im 29 and saw this movie for the first time when i was 10 or 11. Ive been a quiet fan since then until i picked up Previews magazine many months ago and saw that Mezco was making the figures. Thats when the rush came back to me.

well ive been a fan since october.i was about 2 watch this movie hallow until i was switchin the channel and i saw the movie the warriors. it was at the part with the punks. its starts out with snow tellin the gang ajaxs is busted and so on. when a commercial came on it showed the warriors video game :p so that got my intrest. i went on the warriors .com on google search and it showed me this website i started 2 read all the info of the movie thinkin (this stuff rocks!) i went 2 check out on the game really cool cool i asked my dad about the warriors and he told me he used 2 watch when was in 8 grade and he loved it! so we bought the movie and i luved it.i was like goin around pretendin kickin furies buts.then i came 2 the game wantin 2 rent well it seems they didnt hav it in my parents looked up the game and found out it was really bad but a few days past and i called blockbuster 2 c if it was in of cousre it was in so i ckecked it out beat it in 2 days and here i am now.

i felt so excited while i was watching it, and mysteriously i felt like i was hypnotised by the wonder wheel.

I was about to watch a movie when i was flickering thru the channels when i saw the warriors movie on. it was at the part with the punks. i started watchin it and there was the fight i was all like this is asome!!! :D When a channel came on it was the warriors game and i was super cool :p
the next i started looking up on this website and i knew sooo much when i watched the movie i knew everypart :D then it came from the game 2 play. my parents thought it was bad but my dad saw the movie when he was young and wanted me 2 like it. but my dad listens 2 my mom and she says no but i asked my parents if i could rent it and they said yes!!!!!
playin the game is alot like the movie. god i luv that game and so in conclusion im here now im 12 and i luv the warriors especially ajax
