Just to let you all know if you double or triple post I am deleting the extra posts. It has gotten to the point that I will be sending out personal messages all night. I let War Chief know about it and I am sure he will figure this bug out.

One easy way to find out IF your post went up or not, is to hit the back button after getting the error message, till you are back on the forum thread-refresh and check the thread where you posted BEFORE you post it again.

All mine have gone right up regardless of my getting the error message, but the last time this happened--I did the double posting a few times too.

I am glad you are "ON THE JOB" and deleteing the extras as most of us don't really want the evidence up on board! LOL ;) :D

Hi guys,

Thanks to all of you for sending me emails, pms and messages in the forum to alert me about this. It happened to myself last night but I didn't think anything of it. I'll reinstall the forum in the next day or so when I get some time. This should be relatively easy since I don't have to move the database (which took an age if you remember last month). I'm not sure why it's happening.

When you make a post and you get an error, don't resend the message as chances are that it got through. Of course, if it didn't then resend it.

I'll keep you updated.

to let you know, the top right corner where it is showing "Quote, Edit, X" - the X (delete post) is now disappeared.. (for the older posts)

and there are several newbies bearing the "2nd in Command" posts..
