If you had to replace "Nowhere to Run", which song would you choose?
It can be a recent song, any song, any style of music, what would you choose!
I'd go with the song
Diamond Head - In the heat of the night.
I could picture that song fitting well.
Youtube the album version, not the single version.

I don't think any song could replace "Nowhere To Run".

I'd ahve to agree with Ajax2613, "nowhere to run" is a sacred cow which shouldn't be touched! I can't think of any other song that comes close but then again I'm not exactly known for having a vast musical knowledge.

There is no song that could replace "Nowhere To Run", so I agree with the guys.

I also agree that Nowhere To Run should not be replaced. It just clicks!

Yeah, the guys have a point. "Nowhere To Run" is perfect. Impossible to replace.

Here's a hypothetical scenario then. A late threadsave, if you like...
Imagine The Warriors was being re-released on a new format, but all the old music licensing deals had expired and couldn't be renewed. Every song on the soundtrack had to be replaced. A nightmare! But what would your backup choices be? How would you make the best of a bad situation?

I would keep with the 70s period of music. Ideally, I would sort some deal with rockstar games to use the synth score that was in their games. I think it captured the eerieness quite well.
I don't like the fugitive track which replaced Nowhere to run.
