Yikes, that video actually scares me.

But yeah, working out is actually something I'm trying to get into. Just as soon as I can find the £300 gym membership fee.

And by "find", I obviously mean "mooch off my folks." ::)

I was at a gym for awhile I dunno how Id compare myself in size but its normally smaller then most and age doesn't come in to it sadly. I could push about 50kg on the bench an do 20 reps 2 sets I think that is the terminology. doing 20 lifts twice with a small break, I want a bench press so I can get into shape again

Iv got dumbells at home they are 8kg each, I find them heavy after awhile..
I don't exorcise regularly any more, most recent thing Iv been concentrating on is making my arms bigger

Id have to eat every 2 hours at work d: do you suggest tuna and protein then, I just have porridge in the morning and milkshake. Everynow and then I have steak as well.
