not for me, the low res streams are choppy and freeze on a frame like every couple of seconds! >_< even the audio chops up at times.

hey thats a sweet avatar!! there is actually a River City Ransom ROM hack that includes The Warriors gangs????

Nope. Custom. Unfortunately, due to too many problems presented that woudl require too much reprogramming and all that good stuff, a RCR hack wouldn't be possible.
